My dryer wasn't working and they fixed the belt and rod, and when it squealed after they left, they returned to add another part at no extra charge. They guarantee their work! "Energy is consumed by HVAC systems through a number of processes. Air is typically distributed through the ductwork via an electrically‐powered fan. Cooling coils remove heat from the air. Heating coils add heat to the air. Through normal HVAC usage, particulates in the air slowlycollects on the surfaces of various HVAC components, resulting in a gradual loss of energy efficiency. Some loss of efficiency via a single dirty component may be minor. When the loss through each component is added up, however, the impact could be considerable. The best way to know if your cleaning was effective is through improved performance of your HVAC system, ideally. I have used Waychoff a couple of times, they have always been prompt and very pleasant to deal with. However, my latest experience is the reason for this review. My a/c went out on Monday and, as usual, I called Waychoff. Wendall came to look at it and fix it. He told me the fan motor needed to be replaced, but I decided to wait. He was truly a joy to have in my house to fix my a/c. Well, on Tuesday, it went out again. As Wendall was off on Tuesday, I decided to wait until today for the unit to be repaired. Once again, he was a joy to have around - he is extremely personable, quick and efficient. Even the dogs loved him! Wendall is an asset to Waychoff!

How often you should clean your air ducts depends on your situation.
